"Sorry"
Everywhere you go, everything you do, you hear "Sorry"
Singaporean say "Sorry" all the time, even though they are:
1) Not in the wrong, or
2) What they actually meant was just " Excuse me"
Ex: When someone tries to get out of a crowded train
3) And many a time, they don't mean it, its just a reflex action, a way of avoiding any conflict at all
Ex: To say Sorry first before anything COULD happen ( even though how unlikely), its like pacifying some anonymous rage, and no way you
can go wrong...so rule of thumb...
Before saying Hi, its better to say Sorry in this isle.:))))))))))))))
Disclaimer: Read this with a pinch of salt, believe it at your own risk.
